Our company was founded in 1990 and it is a full private property. Commel-Zagreb is a factory which produces connection cables of all kinds, extension cables, cable reels and mobile power stations. Our connection cables are suitable for all kinds of electric devices and appliances, and made according to the international standards CEE, EN and DIN VDE. The daughter company Commel prikljucni kablovi was founded in Belgrade, Serbia in 2005.

Modern technological process and equipment especially set up to satisfy our specific needs increased productivity beyond the demands of the domestic market. Therefore, a new business strategy was determined immediately: export to the European market and the markets of the neighbouring countries. Besides domestic companies, Commel has added to the list of its buyers also many companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Belgium and Austria.

Commel produces a whole range of products that are unique on the Croatian market and intended for wide-scale consumption. These are all kinds of connection and extension cables, cable reels for the daily use at home and in office, but also in handicrafts, construction industry, shipbuilding, etc.

Besides these, according to the buyers' requirements, Commel produces high-quality connection cables with plugs and mechanically processed endings for the needs of the industry of electric devices and appliances.

The program of mobile power stations for trade and industry is a new program which gives new possibilities in electric power usage. Mobile power stations are made according to the strict requirements of EN standards, so they offer you reliability and safety in the most difficult environment conditions. These products are used in handicrafts and other industries, like construction, shipbuilding, where working conditions require quality products.

The factory's production program consists of around 140 products. Many of them are presented on the following pages. All of the products are adjusted to the modern sale conditions, and they have attractive package with clearly labelled purpose of the product and EAN code. All the products are certified according to the Croatian standards (HRN), German standards (DIN VDE 0620) and European standards (EN 50075, EN 61242, EN 60439).

Products are marked with CE which means that they fulfill all the security requirements according to the European Union standards for electric equipment 73/23 EEC.
