- General provisions
The services of the B2B platform can be used only by interested registered users whose registration is performed by Commel who at his request assigns to the User user data consisting of a username and password. When registering, Commel will create an associated user profile for each User, during which time his username and password are linked to the existing data of the business entity that Commel has at its disposal. The user is obliged to keep the confidentiality of user data and prevent all third parties from misuse.
The possibility of independent registration of the User as well as any independent change or modification of user data by the User, except the password, is excluded. In case that the User wants to change the existing data that are visible on his profile after the sign up and are connected to the business entity, he can send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Users are required to notify Commel in a timely manner of any change in the business entity’s data, such as status changes or a change of address, that affects the execution, processing, payment and delivery of the order. Commel is not liable for any errors in the execution, processing and delivery of the order resulting from omissions by the User.
The right to use the B2B platform is the right of an individual business entity and cannot be transferred to other entities.
III. B2B Platform – ordering
The B2B platform available at b2b.commel.hr is intended exclusively for ordering Commel’s products and services. In accordance with the previously concluded business cooperation agreement or agreed commercial conditions, each User is assigned a profile through which he can view products and place orders, and within the profile he can browse his account, order history and his data. Ordering is available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
After the registration, the User can start selecting products from the offer. The user has access to a view of each individual product, provided that some of the photographs may be illustrative in nature and may differ from the delivered product.
Product search is performed by product categories. By clicking on a specific product, the main features of the product are available to the User, ie a brief description, item number and type of packaging, and below the product are toolbars with product descriptions and technical information.
With each individual product, the corresponding price is stated in accordance with the profile of the specific customer and his commercial conditions / contractual relation. Prices are in HRK, and for foreign users in EUR. The stated prices do not include VAT and are valid at the time of placing a specific order.
Commel reserves the right to change, supplement or discontinue any part of the content of the website and platform without prior notice, including product prices, types of goods and services, availability time or access to the site.
Ordering is performed by selecting products and quantities and completing the order, about which the User will receive an order confirmation in PDF format on his e-mail address. In the event that the User has not received the confirmation above, he may contact Commel via email@example.com.
To implement the order, each individual User is obliged to place an order in the minimum amount which is previously agreed between the business partners. The placed order is forwarded within the Commel’s system for processing.
In the event that Commel does not currently have the ordered product or ordered quantities available, ie is not able to produce a specific product for reasons that it could not have foreseen or eliminated, it will immediately notify the User.
Commel makes every effort to ensure that the use of the website and platform is continuous with the timely elimination of errors and issues in the operation of the site. Nevertheless, the use of the website and the B2B platform may be temporarily unavailable or discontinued. Commel shall not be liable for any interruption of service, disconnection or unavailability of the service as a result of an event which could not have been foreseen or eliminated nor is liable for any data loss resulting from interruption in the transmission of information.
Users use the website and platform at their own risk and Commel is not responsible for any damage that the User may suffer by using them.
In the case of advance payment, the order is considered completed only upon receipt of payment, and for Users who have a currency of deferred payment, the order is considered completed at the time of electronic receipt of the order via the B2B platform.
Delivery time for products from the standard program is:
– for Users with seat in the Republic of Croatia up to 7 working days from the receipt of the order;
– for Users with seat abroad up to 14 working days from receipt of the order.
Delivery is not included in the price of the product. Terms and prices of delivery depend on the quantity and value of the ordered goods and the contractual relation between the User and Commel as business partners.
The user can independently at his own expense take over the goods with parity EXW Zagreb warehouse Commel at the address Samoborska cesta 143, 10 090 Zagreb, in which case the ordered goods are made available within 7 working days from receipt of the order.
If the User has due and outstanding debts to Commel on the day of placing the order, the delivery deadline may be extended until the receivables are settled, in which case the day of settling existing overdue receivables will be considered as the day of placing the order.
These Terms are published on the website b2b.commel.hr on January 22, 2021 by which date they enter into force and apply until the adoption and publication of amendments.
